The check in was quick and efficient. It was close to the cruise port, and shuttle service was excellent. The restaurant option in the hotel was less than expected. Most hotels this price, offer a free breakfast, not charging $22.00, for a continental style breakfast. We ate close by for supper, and the shuttle took us there. It was a great amenity/service due to the lack of restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Our flight arrived and your front desk personnel were nothing but smiling, friendly and accommodating. You were out of king beds, so we accepted a double bed set up. We were gifted free breakfast and parking for our inconvenience. Plus, the cookies were DELICIOUS!

The shuttle to and from the airport was what we needed. After a long flight from Glasgow the driver had us laughing and sharing stories! Everything was just great. Because we had to leave on the shuttle at 5am the night clerk gave us breakfast snacks to take along.

I like the location of the property since it is close to subway/train and bus stops. The room is large and comfortable. I do want to share a little bit of unhappiness of the check-in process. The staff at the front desk could not find my name which is on my foreign ID(BC, Canada) and then he laughed at the government who made this ID. I know he wanted to kidding but I still feel a bit of uncomfortable and offensive.

Loved the walk ability of the area. Along the beach line, quiet yet close to everything. Hotel had Starbucks coffee in lobby. Or a full breakfast buffet if that’s more your preference. Will definitely come bk again.
