The room was nice. Staff was courteous besides one gentleman at the front desk that seemed as if he had other things to do and places to be besides his job but the night staff front desk employee was so sweet she certainly deserves a raise.

The Embassy Suites Boston Logan Airport is easy to get to and conveniently located right at the airport, making it a great option for travelers. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Dining options were plentiful—from a small gift shop with essentials to a café offering deli and bakery selections along with Starbucks coffee, plus a bar, full-service restaurant, and quick, reliable in-room dining. As expected from Embassy Suites, the complimentary breakfast was excellent, especially the made-to-order omelet bar. The hotel’s 24-hour shuttle service made getting to and from the airport terminals smooth and hassle-free.

We arrived very early after catching a redeye flight. I was hoping to have somewhere safe to leave our bags so we could explore the city. Didn't have breakfast as we left too early, pick-up from the terminal was slow, called and still had to wait half an hour. Morning transfer to the airport was better. The lights in the room didn't work, wouldn't come on, maintenece had to fix them.
