Booked the hotel room few months prior and upon arriving in the hotel we were told that it was overbooked. Travelled all the way from North Carolina with kids and elderly. A lot of hassles happened. Wasted a lot of time just dealing with our hotel room issue.

The bathtub drain did not work when i told staff they said ok what that meant is that i had cold water to take a shower that was the bad water from the night before.. this hotel is tired and not clean ( missing and chipped paint etc )

Staff is wonderful, rooms are clean and beds are very comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! The shuttle driver was so sweet and kind as well. You can tell this hotel truly cares for their guests.
