The Airport Shuttle was extremely convenient. We leverage it going to and returning from another nearby hotel for a wedding, also going to and returning from the subway. Staff are extremely friendly also.

We stayed at the airport, so had to uber into Boston multiple times. Hotel is old and a bit tired looking (carpet, furniture), but it was very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful.

This is everything you'd want in an airport hotel. Shuttle service to/from the airport was friendly and fast. I believe we waited 5 min each time. Plus, the rental car facility is literally a 5 min walk out the front door of the hotel, so we dropped off our car a day early. Front desk staff was efficient and helpful. The rooms themselves are spacious and clean, but could use more outlets! I didn't notice a ton of noise from other guests as noted in a few other reviews. We didn't take advantage of the bar, restaurant or coffee bar on-site, but things smelled good as were leaving!

Nice hotel with terrific breakfast. Solid location and very convenient for Boston airport and downtown travel. Staff was super helpful and easy to enjoy. Valet parking isn’t my favorite but worked out just fine.
