I stayed here for two nights. The room was clean, quiet, bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels, shower gel. Service was excellent, front desk staff is super nice and friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, got plenty of eggs, bread, fruit, coffee. The hotel is very close to shopping stores, within walking distance. Great hotel, would stay here again. Thank you for everything.

I’d like to start off saying the staff was super nice and not the issue at all. After the first night, we cancelled our reservation and switched hotels. We booked this hotel due to the reviews. They made it sound like it was the perfect Boston hotel and around all of the cool things we’d be seeing. However, long walks to the train station and multiple train rides are needed to get to the basics. Our first day, right outside the hotel, a man asked us if we had any prescription muscle relaxers we could give him. On top of this, there were multiple other sketchy factors taken into account. So, we didn’t feel comfortable continuing our trip walking from this hotel to the train station to site see and attend our other plans. The other huge factor that isn’t included in the reviews is that it is located right next to the interstate. We barely slept due to the non stop honking and stand still traffic noises. Another factor was that the outlets didn’t work. Our charges kept falling out of the wall or just not charging. This is problematic due to needing our phones to navigate the long walks to all of the things. Expedia shows the outside area as a great area to relax and enjoy the view. That is far from the case. It’s a small area with no views at all. The elevators are tiny as well We spent around $300 per night for this place. The hotel we moved to was the same price, but located downtown. Despite being downtown next to traffic, we never once heard a single car or horn.
