The room was spotless. As soon as I checked in, I received a text asking me if everything is ok. The breakfast area was well stocked. As soon as an item ran out, the kitchen help replaced it promptly.

The toilet was not flushing properly. I informed the staff twice. The first time, I was brought a plunger to use myself. The second time, someone came up to plunge it. The toilet continued to not flush fully, and I was not able to use it. The room had a distinct odor of sewage. It was unpleasant.

Room was really small, bed is very uncomfortable. I told front desk clerk I don’t wanna be close to the elevator and he gave me one right across from it. Shower was terrible, water flow was really small. Won’t stay again.

I always love staying at Holiday Inn because of their clean rooms and consistent, complimentary breakfast! Breakfast offers a diverse selection of options, including eggs, potatoes, pancakes, bacon, sausage, oatmeal, and fruits. Rooms are a great size and spacious.
