Our stay at the Indigo Hotel was great from arrival until we departed. Very convenient to the North End and TD Garden (Go Celtics!). The staff was attentive and also has a nice restaurant/bar downstairs.

The valet took a while to appear to park the car. The room was clean, but the open/close plug in the sink was broken. The restaurant was poor. Service was very slow, and the food was mediocre. It took the valet more than an hour to get our car

Room was nice and clean, staff all friendly. Only concern was that there was no safe in the room which is stated as included on the listing and also on the IHG website. Location was great near the T station. Few bars around the hotel so expect a bit of noise in the early hours

This this was our first stay at Hotel Indigo. We were very pleased. The staff is super friendly and the room was very clean. It is literally right across the street from TD Garden. The best part was that they let us have an early check.In as we landed in town just before noon the price is very reasonable compared to other Boston. Hotels.

The hotel is in a great location. Entertainment, restaurants, and North train station are all nearby. The Boston public market and North End are within walking distance also. The only thing I didn't like was some of the items in the room were dusty and there was a small stain on the bed sheet. The blinds could be replaced to make the room look nicer. It is noisy outside at night because of the location and events going on but they do provide a white noise machine and it helps.
