Too bad, this could have been a pretty good experience with just a little professional customer service. I chose this hotel because it gives Hotel.com platinum member free parking. When I arrived I was told the parking garage was full. Ok, many questions there as the hotel was not full . But instead of offering to park me somewhere else or at least offer to pay for street parking I was told sorry you will have to find another place to park. It’s a nice hotel , well maintained, most staff are very professional and friendly but unfortunately this encounter was unexpected and disappointing to say the least.

The room was nice. They upgraded us to a balcony room, which was extremely convenient. Heated floor in the bathroom was perfect on this cold day. The staff was helpful, convenient parking underground, no problem even though the valet was not on duty. Location ws very convenient to attend a concert in your by Davis Square and Friendly Toast is almost right across the street for amazing breakfast.

The property was clean and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable. They do not have in room referigerators but there is one in the lobby you can use. The valet parking did not always have a valet available and the lot was difficult to drive in and out of without the valet. All in all a great property and we plan to return.

The hotel is a hidden gem! - It’s close to the dorms, Harvard Yard, the T station, and restaurants. - The front-desk staff is great. Hotel Veritas is a quaint boutique spot perfectly located in Cambridge. The bed was very comfortable, and it was a nice touch to have complimentary cold water bottles and coffee available. The shower had great water pressure, and everything was clean and well-kept. It wasn’t the quietest — we could occasionally hear people in the hallway — but there wasn’t much noise overall, and it didn’t bother us as heavy sleepers. All in all, a very pleasant and comfortable stay.
