This hotel is fantastic. They treat you like family. The rooms are clean and the housekeeping staff are attentive but invisible. The rates are great along with some free coupons for drinks and coffee. Across the street from the subway and a great work station area with some printing available. Centrally located. Quiet side street.

When I come to Boston and visit every year, I usually stay in Brookline. But when the MBTA was compromised recently, I decided to book this hotel in and around the Freedom Trail. Loved the location of this hotel. Very walkable to many attractions, shopping, sports and transportation options. Hotel was very clean and quiet and a has a nice lobby area. The whole staff was welcoming and approachable..front desk, housekeeping and restaurant personnel. Room had just what we needed and a comfortable bed. Ate at the restaurant one morning, and had a very good breakfast. I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in Boston.
