The property is tired old and a bit dingy. There really needs to be the most basic upgrades. Paint and carpet would go a long way. The street is not well lit and even though it is safe it doesn’t quite look it. The other side of the neighborhood is brand new with great restaurants, so this property really needs an upgrade.

The carpets are old and dirty. The TV did work properly, the excise was the wind since they have Satellite tv; you could not watch any tv since it froze every 10 seconds 😬 It looks more like a motel than a hotel

The hotel was dirty and room was not properly cleaned. The bathroom sink was clogged and didn’t drain and the curtains had holes that were taped over. I took pictures of everything including poop on the bathroom wall.

The room was smelly and there were two large, curly pubic hairs on the bathroom floor. The hallway was dirty with water stains and looked like it hadn’t been vaccummed in weeks. At breakfast there was a confrontation with a guest and the hotel staff requiring police to show up and intervene. There was yelling and chaos. The computers in the “office are” were out of order however the staff thankfully printed what I needed but it all took extra time and inconvenience. Would not stay here again and would not recommend to anyone

This hotel is one of the worst hotels I have stayed in. It was dirty, mattress had a terrible stain and the tub was so gross I couldn’t even take a shower in it. Do not stay here.

This is by far the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Everything is dirty and smells unpleasant. The AC unit is full of dirt, the mattress is old and lumpy, and the pillows are small and of terrible quality. The hallway and elevator carpets are filthy, and the furniture in our room is old, scratched, and unkept. I’ve stayed at motels in better condition. The smoke detectors clearly weren’t working, and we even found candy wrappers on the desk when we checked in. There were also people loitering in and around the lobby area who clearly were not guests. For a hotel charging over $200 per night, this is unacceptable. I would strongly recommend spending a few dollars more elsewhere and saving yourself the headache.

The 1st room 515 after 5 times trying to gain entry couldn't so went down it took the kid working the desk about 10 min to find me another room next to the extremely noisy elevator making it difficult to sleep i will never go to this particular La quinta again. It needs a major overhaul. The only bright spot was the breakfast and the kid at the desk, its not his fault for the locks not working properly and noisy elevator.. i would like a full or at least ½ refund. One more thing the insurance it said 4.95 but it was 10 something I would like that refunded
