Overall a nice hotel not too far from downtown Boston. A bit of construction going on near the hotel. Really close to the outlets / shops (though the hotel faces the back of the buildings and you have to walk around to the other side).

The staff was great and the location was ideal if you are flying into Logan. They have a free shuttle service and it felt like a friend giving you a lift to the airport. However, the hotel itself was a bit rundown. The elevator was scary and there were holes in the walls in our room.

Great hotel to stay at when in town for business. Lovely breakfast every morning and room his fridge and microwave which is very convenient. I would stay here again, and probably will!

My keycards didn’t work the entire time I was there. Kept having to ask the staff to “reset” them every time I would come back to my room. The remote for the tv didn’t work, either.

Pretty average experience. Decent walkable area nearby. It's a pretty dated property. Majorly disappointed that the fitness center only had 1/4 cardio machines working, and that treadmill wasn't able to incline. Oh well. Had to book on a budget.

Eddie at the front desk was great. Showed us how to use the public transportation in the area to ease our stress over the traffic. Hotel is older but the staff couldn’t have been any better.

Families - ONLY the suite sleeps 5 people!

Double room does NOT sleep 5 people even though it says it will! Also, once we were moved to a suite the next night to accommodate everyone, the pull out couch and roll-away bed had awful mattresses! The carpets really need to be cleaned throughout the hotel. Most of the machines in the workout room were not working. And while there was a variety at breakfast, the eggs did not taste very good. The only reason we gave two stars was because of the convenient location and because everyone at the front desk was polite and did try to help us.
