My husband and I had 2 opportunities to use this hotel, when we were leaving on our vacation and when we returned. We interacted with 5 receptionists, a few facilities staff (didn't need them but they always said Hi), 2 shuttle drivers, and an unknown person who returned my texts and emails. The experience was topnotch all around. Check in went smoothly as did check out. We used the shuttle service to and from Logan, easy and efficient. We were able to leave our vehicle and paid one of the most reasonable rates around. The best thing was having our room ready with the lights on and the bed turned down after a long day of travel. 5 star review!!

Very helpful, accommodating front-desk staff. Rooms are clean and quiet, equipped with just what you need. Breakfast is adequate (would help if they had a few more options like low-sugar cereals and hot oatmeal) but starts earlier than most others at 6am and never too crowded. Great coffee, hot eggs, meat, breads, waffles. Excellent, reasonably-priced hotel for business trips, especially if you are working in the Assembly Row district. Weather-permitting, highly walkable around the area, including to shops, Trader Joe's and restaurants; quick drive across on Fellsway into Medford where there are more options. PS. there's some construction activity across from the hotel that may cause you to worry, but it doesn't affect the hotel area or your time in the hotel at all. Plentiful parking with multiple entryways into the hotel. Small gym with very limited equipment though (I used other gyms in the area), otherwise overall great stay for repeat business trips, would recommend.
