Booked for the free shuttle for our overnight stay. Could not check in a minute before 3pm and there is no common space to wait. Very short stay since we had to leave at 4am for our flight and unfortunately, the bed was rather uncomfortable, low shower pressure and barely warm water. Not very refreshing. Room and hotel is showing its wear. Would not recommend.

The front staff was very polite especially Eddie! The rooms were clean. The only issue was with the room keys that needed to be replaced more than once. Overall it was a good stay.

This property has all the basic needs. The hotel needs an upgrade and the breakfast area is really small. Breakfast items are very limited will be nice if more hot entree. Location wise is good as it’s only a short walk to Orange Line Assembly

The property was in close proximity for my needs. However, it was generally in need of updating. Wifi access was very poor, limited staff, gym had limited equipment and 1/2 of equipment was broken. Smelled bad in gym as well I couldn't stand to use it.

1- The AC was not working properly 2- No frige and microwave in room. 3- The sink did not drain and useless and even we asked them to fix it they did not care, 4- Very old and noisy fan in bathroom 5- Un comfortable mattress 6- The automatic entrance doors were opened to your face and not safe. Very old technology. THIS HOTEL NEED TO be RENOVATED COMPLETELY

We liked the easy parking. It is walkable distance to shopping, dining and a nice park for walking. Loved the shampoo and soap scent and quality. Wish they provided the matching conditioner. The TV was on DISH and didn't have MSNBC. The breakfast was standard variety. They should reotganize it though, have to walk out to the lobby to use the microwave. They could fit it on the counter in the eating area with a little reorganization Would stay again. Staff was friendly and helpful

This hotel charges for parking which I think is ridiculous as it’s not the nicest hotel. It’s dated and not really in the heart of the city. The staff working were very nice. The breakfast area staff were very sweet and kept the dining area clean.

Great place to stay when flying in/out of Boston

When we drove in, we were a little unsure of the area, as there the area around the hotel had a lot of trash, appeared run-down. But a quick walk around the corner and you're in a beautiful, lively area with great restaurants, shops and the river. The shuttle service to the airport was exceptional.
