The hotel was okay, not really noteworthy, but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. My problem came with the airport shuttle. When I called, I was told that the shuttle driver would leave at 4:00 PM and would be there by about 4:20 PM. At 4:00 PM I checked both Apple Maps and Google Maps, which both said it should take only about 26 minutes to get from the hotel to the airport but the driver didn’t get there until after 5:00 PM. Bear in mind that it was 27 degrees outside and although I went back in to warm up a few times, it was frustrating that it took that long to pick me up. What made it worse was that when the driver finally showed up, there was no apology or anything, just a blank stare when I got on the shuttle. Also, he wasn’t busy picking people up because it was only me and one other person on the shuttle. I would just rather be told he left late instead of blaming it on traffic that didn’t exist to the degree they tried to say it did.

Room was clean but can tell there good be some improvements like one of the towel racks was hanging off from a loose nail & the couch had stains. Staff was nice and helpful but beware of a $75 deposit for the room you wont get it back right away if you use a debit card!!!

The rooms were only cleaned when requested, at first the bathroom wasn't properly sanitized. There was even trace of a red-ish stain on the toilet and walls, felt very disgusted by it. On our last night the ceiling started leaking and we had to switch rooms immediately. The other room and entire floor smelled of piss, it felt disgusting to walk on. The hotel itself is very mid although the area was ok. Wouldn't stay here again tho. The staff were very friendly tho.
