The staff was very kind and helpful. Assembly Square is a quick and easy walk from the hotel. There are several delicious options for food and a variety of outlet stores available shopping. Trader Joes is also nearby for groceries if needed. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

A disappointing experience. First when we called about the shuttle from the airport, we were informed it had stopped running. We had a $50 Uber ride instead. The hotel also didn’t inform us that their exit was closed due to road work which required our driver to go way out of the way and double back. When we finally arrived at the hotel, there was no one at the desk to greet us for several minutes. The area around the hotel is industrial. The bed was not comfortable. The place is dated. Overall, was glad we stayed only one night.

I stayed just for an overnight before an early morning flight. The shuttle service provided was right on time and there was no stress involved. The room was nice and big. Very clean! Staff was helpful and friendly.

Grim but bareable

This hotel is pretty beat up. The bed sagged in the middle, the 3 pillows per bed (?) were lumpy. There were cracks and chips in tile, carpet was dirty and the room smelled musty. Breakfast was grim with terrible tasting eggs. But doable for one night.

Good: Staff, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was nice with hot waffles, eggs and other standard fare. Free shuttle to the airport is a nice feature. Bad: The property is dated (which is fine), but the carpets in the rooms and corridors are filthy and smells of mildew. The carpet in the room was sticky to walk on. The property needs to be refurbished without any doubt.
