Excellent location for a short two night stay. Walkable to many of Boston’s attractions and neighborhoods. Easy access to the airport and car return and a perfect spot to rest after road trip. Interesting repurposed hotel with unique floor plan in a historic building. Will consider for our next time.

I have never stayed in a room quit like this. There was literally a 9 inch gap between the end of the bed and the steel desk frame. I have bruises on my shine from getting up in the middle of the night. The place is ancient and not kept up. My wife had to place a towel in the floor of the shower it was so dirty. The bed was the worst we've ever had in a hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone. 0 star review

The hotel staff were fabulous, a big shout out to Danielle, Maria and Carlos...they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. Danielle provided excellent information about the city and how best to get around. The hotel was in a great location and very clean. Rooms and bedding comfortable. The only con was the surprise fee of $20+ tax for amenities which was for water, apples and mints...none of which I wanted but nonetheless the cost was added on to our stay. I believe the fee should be removed or hidden - there should not be a surprise fee added on at check in, very unprofessional.

La unica ventaja es que esta bien situado para citas en el Mass General, pero no tienen restaurante, unicamente para el desayuno. Ademas hice early check out, y me dijeron que me iban a reembolsar las dos noches adicionales, y no fue así. Si me lo hubieran dejado saber desde el inicio no estaría poniendo este review! Así que no lo recomiendo.
