great location for medical area of Boston. Information on parking would have been helpful before we got there. A bit pricy but reasonable for the area . two days breakfast inclusion would have been appreciated.

Good location and hotel was fine. It’s a little older property - slow elevators, room doors stick, etc. the amenity fee is steep at $29 per night, make sure you factor that in. Our a/c unit made a terrible rattling sound. Must have been happening before as they had a second portable unit in the room, both were on when we arrived and room was comfortable but the rattling was really loud. Mentioned at the front desk and they said they would send someone up. They did, but all they accomplished was to turn off the main unit. Unit never really got back to temperature the rest of the time. Not hot, but not quite comfortable. Overall, just okay. Feels bad to get hit with that amenity fee and to have those kind of issues at the same time.

If you are early to bed, be aware that there are soccer fields nearby which were open to at least 10 PM the night we were there. To get away from the noise, ask for an interior room.

Not happy at all! Was not able to sleep comfortably the air conditioning to closed to bed ! Air in your face and cold and microwave did not work and we call front desk and never was someone send to fix the issue! We had to eat cold food. And on top of that pay $25 a day for Parking too. And it stays free breakfast, but didn’t bother as it’s very minimal choice. A drink and choice of toast or bagel.

The location was great, especially for access to the Longwood medical area, which is why I chose to stay there. However, the room had no exterior windows—only a window facing the interior stairwell and hallway of an office building, which was really disappointing.
