The hotel was average. It was clean and neat but not super clean or extraordinary, just average. When I asked for an extra down comforter for my son in the rollaway bed we paid extra for, I was told they can’t give that & can offer 2 thin, old blankets instead which made my son’s stay very uncomfortable as he was freezing at night and unable to sleep soundly. We ended up giving him our king down comforter the 2nd night and we took the thin, old blankets and slept uncomfortably as we were super cold. For an expensive hotel, they should either provide down comforters for all guests or at least accommodate when asked for one.
