Staff was amazing, property was clean and beautifully designed. The beach was quaint and quiet with great snorkelling however the beach was soft so not great for swimming. Food on this resort was more miss than hit. The snack bar was decent, and breakfast was as to be expected however we were disappointed with the Mexican cuisine. We expected great tacos and amazing options however the dinner felt frozen and not good at all really. For an all inclusive resort we wouldn’t recommend staying here for the food alone. Music was good and geared toward a younger crowd. Drinks were good. Staff was attentive and very kind

Clean, the swimming pools are amazing, the food is good, the variety of drinks is excellent. The staff is the best, always looking to help with any needs - they can arraigned transportation for you- rent a golf car from them the price is better that outside of the hotel.

The staff here are friendly, fun, and very helpful. Belo offered perfect balance between being able to chill and relax, but with easy access to nightlife, restaurants and beautiful beaches. Definitely rent a golf cart and explore the island. Super fun. Would 100% visit here again. The food and drinks were also really good.

As soon as we arrived and until the day we left the staff was extremely hospitable and friendly. During our visit it was fairly empty because of the vacation low season but they still had all the amenities available and they were never hesitated to provide excellent service. Would highly recommend this hotel and we are looking forward to stay with them again when we get the opportunity to visit the island in the future.

Loved all of it! Delicious food options! Beautiful beach area, clean and cold rooms! Small boutique hotel but had everything we needed! Family oriented. Beautiful views from the Skybar! Pool area was great! Plenty of Bali beds! Great staff! Only thing I would request is that the Skybar stay open past 8 pm for adults to have an area to hang out late, with open bar and music. Since late night entertainment is not available , I think leaving the Skybar open a bit longer maybe even till 11 pm would be beneficial to the adult guests.

It was misleading advertisement as All Inclusive property. We paid for All Inclusive food and drinks but it’s A La Carte menu instead of buffet style. The menu has very limited choices of food and it’s the same menu everyday. Food is terrible. We booked for 6 nights but checked out after 3 days. The property has no activities for guests.

This hotel design was impressive! The rooms were huge with air conditioning, good bathrooms, showers, kitchen, (we stayed in the first floor beachfront). Bed and sheets were very comfortable. Staff is great super helpful and I really enjoyed when Arnulfo was our waiter. Few things to consider, if you want only to use the pool at the hotel and you don’t care about the beach, this hotel is great. The beach is dirty, small and there is no way to swim, since there is a huge bag of sand right where the swings are. Food is good, the menu is the same daily but the food changes because they run out of ingredients. Whenever they had the right ingredients food was good, but there is no fruit offered, no pastries and there is no convenience store in the hotel. There is no activities for kids other than the pool. Next door to the hotel is a port used as a lunch stop where people come and go to a restaurant and there is a bunch of people around. I didn’t liked that. The location of the hotel is good, but since I wanted to use the beach, it didn’t worked out for us. Another thing to point out is that when you don’t speak Spanish all the people that offer services are extremely expensive. For example the taxis. Be careful and haggle for a better price otherwise they will rip you off.
