We liked that the hotel was very close to the airport. But on the down side the rooms were very small for three people, the shower in the room kept going from red hot to freezing cold.

Expected bit more. Not much choice on food menu. Was busy and only 2 staff on covering reception and bar.

Conveniently placed

The hotel was clean and easy to find. No noisy revellers. I did see a member of staff blow the top of the salt pots which put us off eating there. No frills but clean and tidy and we only paid £40 for our overnight stay.

Good except the bed

Similar setting as Holiday Inn Express hotels however, the bed is too small for 2 people and not suitable for hotels. It's like a bed from a furniture discounter. The price is very attractive, everything else in the room is as expected for such a hotel chain. Car parking is free. Wifi is free, no device number limitations.

poor disappointing

The room was disgusting but after arriving late had to swallow it. Sink was blocked by hairs n what I believe is other bodily junk. Bedding had hair, mattress dirty, duvet stained, sofa bed broken. The following day when I explained this to staff the young girl responded shocked claiming the room was cleaned thoroughly before our arrival even though I suggested a room change I was met with a " they are all the same". Could not be bothered to argue. Kitchen staff were amazing, possibly the most attentive. Housekeeping was appauling. Specifically told them to change bedding etc. only to come back after a lovely day out to a bed half done and a room that still had my little girls grapes on the floor a sure sign that this was a bosh job and they probably thought we would not notice. When we requested extra bedding although the young gentlemen was very accommodating even the linen cupboard didn't have clean linen! It was stained and ripped and worst of all there was mould on the duvet. Very simple hygiene was missing from this hotel. The blocked sink? I unblocked it myself , well not properly just enough so I could brush my teeth without splashback or overflowing. All in all would never stay again or recommend. All info on this hotel states it does have smoking rooms and when booked chose a smoking room, yep let down again this is non smoking. Genuinely believe I should be reimbursed at least one nights stay, the room I had was sub standard and really needed a good clean and hotel staff and cleaners should be trained in respect of Their roles. P.s even though the kitchen staff were good I was overcharged for breakfast. I will be making an official complaint.

Fantastic finish to a glorious day out.

The staff was always around when needed. The room was exceptional value and would defiantly use this hotel again.
