Amazing stay at this hotel perfect and helpful staff we will miss you. Amazing location right next to marina mall and a quick 10 mins to the beach. Onsite spa gym and pool and hotel located on the marina. We will definitely be back.

The hotel was spotless, staff are wonderful. So friendly, welcoming and helpful. Our room was great, beautiful view and had all amenities we needed. Comfortable bed and a great shower. Didn’t use the mini bar, although bottled water was free. Breakfast was excellent, great variation. The breakfast service was smooth and flawless every time. I can’t fault the staff or service at all. Location wise it was perfect - right outside was the marina promenade with plenty of food options. Next door was the marina mall and only 10 mins walk was JBR beach. Plenty of shops and food options there too. 5 mins to the nearest tram and metro station made it easy to get to popular areas and attractions without having to use a taxi, we even used it to get to the airport after our stay. My ONLY critique is the pool. Quite a small area and shaded most of the day due to the surrounding buildings so only used it once. Would have been nice to sunbathe there rather than having to go to the beach and pay for beds. (Sun loungers 50 odd quid for 2 for the day.) That being said though, I would defo recommend this hotel.

The front desk staff were efficient and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and handling all requests promptly. Housekeeping maintained impeccable standards while remaining courteous and unobtrusive. What distinguished this hotel was the authentic hospitality shown by all staff members. Their attentiveness and genuine care for guest satisfaction created a welcoming atmosphere that elevated the entire experience. Combined with the hotel’s prime Dubai Marina location and excellent facilities, the exceptional staff make the Crowne Plaza a standout choice. We were a little disappointed with our stay here in Dubai. After visiting before and staying in a different hotel we expected a really high level of service, we also just travelled from Oman where the customer service was phenomenal. We found the staff to be unhelpful and dismissive, our room overlooked a building site which was extremely noisy. Considering this was a special occasion as we were celebrating our honeymoon which the hotel was aware off it wasn't a great start. When I return to Dubai I would not stay here again as I expected more.

Small touches are worth their weight in gold

I was taken aback that the hotel put an amazing cake and balloons into my room on my birthday. Small touches like that are really appreciated. Over a very clean hotel with staff who go out of their way to make your stay memorable.
