Dear Guest Thank you for your review and your kind comments therein. We have planned to begin a refurbishment of all bedrooms in April 2020, however, due to the hotel having to close during the pandemic everything has been put on hold. We are hoping to restart this year once the industry begins to normalise and we have greater stability I hope that when you return you will be able to see the improvements being undertaken Once again, thank you for your review, it has been very helpful Kindest regards

Dear Guest Thank you for your review and I am sorry for the confusion regarding the parking. All parking at the front of the hotel is chargeable as it is council owned, however, we have a permit that allows hotel guests to stay for £3 per day, however, Blue Badge holders are able to park free of charge so long as it is a valid permit and it is on display I hope this helps should you return again in the future Kindest regards Neil
