The residential part of the property needed improvement. The restaurant was execellent. The overall stat was good.

Nice inn with rooms

Nice single room. Poor lighting. Picture light over chest hanging off wall and did not work. Biscuits and bottled water provided in room - nice touch. Good breakfast with quality ingredients. Pleasant staff except manager who kept strutting around and shouting at the staff at one stage. Cleaning staff came in to the room while I was a breakfast and made up bed, changed towels, drew back curtains etc. even though I was checking out. I suspect that the cleaners had not been the correct information! Wonderful views including the famous Elmley Moor transmitter.
