Welcome to "Cottage" in Ericeira Hills with heated infinitipool.

Totally renovated in June 2014. Silent surroundings in the end of a 'dead end' street with sun all day until it goes down in the atlantic. Walking distance to Ericeira (15 min)

The house looks 'old style portuguese' on the outside, but has been 'ripped apart' in total, and has been remodeled to a modern house on the inside. High class kitchen fully equipped with induction, 3 designer bathrooms, 2 ensuite, modern furnitures, spacious semi level living room with view to the pool. Play area for kids or ekstra sleep.

This villa should have what you ask for in a vacation home. Only 30 min driving from the airport in Lisbon to Ericeira.

The house is on one floor only, and has been totally renovated with the following: 4 Bedrooms with (3) double beds, including 1 annex in the wonderful backyard. 1 room with 2 bunkbeds. 3 bathrooms where 2 is "en suite". Maximum of 10 sleeps. 2 more is possible (12)

Fireplace, multi level to a exclusive modern fully equipped kitchen. Television flat screen with soundbar (Bluetooth) and several channels. + Chromecast for streaming your tv shows. Wifi supplied by fiber.

The house is designed with the frontside which has the infinity pool towards the sea and the sunset, the backyard "relax zone" is perfect for easy mornings and coffee. (Or if you just want some quiet and read a book while the kids are using the pool.)

About Ericeira

Ericeira is a small fishing village about 44 km northwest of Lisbon. It is an idyllic little place out to the open Atlantic. Here are the 40 small and large sandy beaches like pearls on a string only separated by small rock formations. The city itself has pleasant cobbled tiled streets and squares. Here you will find myriad of small and large restaurants with fresh fish on the menu. This is an urban environment where you can enjoy food and ambience in a relaxed atmosphere.

The unique rock formations along the coast allow you a wonderful view of the ocean and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. The town is considered to be a paradise for both amateur and professional athletes in windsurfing and surfing. It operates all board activities that are possible.

Fabulous Holiday!

We had a wonderful stay at Sofia’s villa to celebrate multiple 40th birthdays. The villa is gorgeous and even better than the photos. The pool is great and warms up to a nice temperature. The sunsets are incredible! You can walk to the beaches and town centre but it’s easy to get Ubers for a few euros too. Ericeira is a lovely town with a good variety of bars restaurants and shops. We had a fabulous time!

Perfect girls getaway

Five women celebrating a milestone birthday stayed here for 6 nights. It was perfect. Plenty of beds and bathrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped even though we ate out for most meals. Great location within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Driving distance to some of Portugal's top destinations. The view from the pool is just magical. Sofia, the property manager, was a text away to answer any questions - she is so friendly! I recommend this property for any groups looking for a place outside of Lisbon but with access to everything you want and need.

A sweet cottage but a little disappointing

Listed as 4 beds but the bunk room should really be a study/store room. The double rooms at the rear are damp with insufficient ventilation. The property needs some TLC and repair. Everything is a little tired and feels unloved. VRBO should carry out inspections. Have rented through VRBO before and this property is not up to your standard. We vacated 3 days early. All in all disappointing.

Der Check-in war super. Es haben uns lediglich ein paar kleine Informationen gefehlt, bzw es wäre gut wenn einem dies mitgeteilt wird damit es keine unguten Gefphle gibt. Küchenausstattung war gut. Kühlschrank hatte keine Regale in der Tür und somit einiges an Stauraum gefehlt - wurde jedoch 2 Tage vor Abreise ersetzt. Generell war man sehr kommunikativ und schnell bei der Unterstützung wenn es ein Problem gab.Die beiden Hauptschlafzimmer sind etwas knapp von der grösse her und haben wenig Platz um Kleider zu verstauen.Pool und Aussicht sind top!

Très bon séjour, nous noterons quand même que pour le prix le ménage n'était pas très bien fait, les serviettes sentent l'humidité et le mobilier (chaises de cuisine) doit être remplacé . La vue est parfaite, magnifique à l'exception des bâtiments qui a mon sens gâchent un peu.

A casa corresponde totalmente ao que se vê nas fotografias. Muito limpa, bem localizada, com um check-in muito simplificado, e com uma anfitriã muito simpática. Recomendo!
