High standard level of service

Perfect stay and very warm, welcoming and helpful staff. Had to unexpected go with 2 small kids alone and staff was so attentive during our stay. I got help to pay for a cab (as the machine did not work and I arrived without money) and also extended my days with a lot of flexibility. Hotel overall is for sure 4 star, but for us service was 5 star from the staff. The only issue we had in our room (suite 6 floor) was internet connection. It may not be an issue on other floor / rooms.

Great hotel

The hotel was great, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good but the coffee from the machine was terrible! For a hotel like Lagoas it should have a machine like bean to cup, with fresh beans and freshly ground on place.
