Very nice hotel. Perfect to explore docks, city centre and close to nightlife. Very clean and modern. Only issue we had was that at certain times breakfast was very busy, which meant at times there was nowhere to sit and waiting for food to be replenished.

Lovely warm welcome from all the staff. Small bedroom but spotless and comfortable. Good choice of breakfast to suit all tastes. Onsite bar was unexpected but handy after a day out. Parking concession ticket if you park on Kings dock. Definitely use this again.

Breakfast was great although no bacon left as the slot we were given was 10.15 and the chef told us at 10.20 they stopped cooking at 10.30 ?? But everything else was lovely.

Great location and wonderful, sensitive adaptation of listed building with much of the original brickwork left bare. Room very comfortable. Self-service breakfast was sufficient if lacking in wide selection. Check-in and -out smooth. Be aware of Liverpool's daily visitor fee (£2.40 per room, I think) which is added to the bill.

We had a lovely, clean quiet room on the third floor overlooking the dock. The staff were all friendly, polite and helpful and busy breakfast times were well-organised and efficient. The location was really good for all the attractions in and around the dock, and a short walk into town.

Idea spot to stay if attending m and s bank arena, which we were. Staff all lovely, they all work so hard. Room was clean, breakfast very nice. The only thing I felt could be better is the bed, it wasnt the comfiest im afraid, also the sink in the bathroom didnt drain very well. Other than that happy with our stay, thank you

Good position for Albert Dock etc. room s little tired. Staff fine.. room very noisy due to creaking floors above when any one moved in that room. Could hear voices clearly

I would like to sincerely thank the check in staff for their kindness and support in organising a room at late notice when we were let down by our booking at a different unrelated hotel. We were very stressed when we arrived with kids in tow and no where to stay. They immediately calmed our nerves and sorted us out with a perfect room for the family. I would highly recommended this hotel to friends and family and will be staying here when we return to Liverpool in the future. Thank you
