We had an excellent stay at the Radisson Blu Edwardian. The room was beautiful,clean, spacious and tidy. they think of everything to service there customers from the complimentary Umbrellas to the dressing gowns. I could not fault this hotel in anyway and the location is fantastic really well situated around SOHO, Oxford Street and Leicester Square.

Very good clean hotel, friendly staff and great location. But, we didnt have a good experience at breakfast, the buffet was not kept replensished, i was standing with my food getting cold waiting for sausages and egg, by the time i got back to my table my coffee had gone cold along with the rest of my breakfast. By 9.30am they had run out of croissants. My partner had the same issue waotong for food so we didnt even eat together at the same time. The staff were very apologetic but i think they were understaffed that morning.

Close to theatre land, reception staff very helpful. Not impressed with the restaurant staff though as not very organised.

Quick, easy check-in. Steak & Lobster restaurant was very good. Pleasant waiting staff. Breakfast was excellent, lovely coffee.
