This was a welcome respite for our three night stay in London. The breakfast was an added bonus. The hotel is well placed with a 3 minute walk to the train station and a direct train to KingsCross / St.Pancras as well as access to the main tune stations. The staff were amazing and super friendly and very accomodating. We had a room with a Queen bed and a sofa bed which worked well for a family of three. Internet access was great. Would defined stay here again.

Pleasantly surprised by this brand hotel. It was immaculately clean and very modern. The rooms, although not huge were ergonomically designed to make best use of the space. Handy for Brick Lane and Aldgate East underground. Felt very safe on Brick Lane but Whitechapel Road which is close is very seedy. I thought the cooked breakfast was disappointing. It's something Britain does well but not here. And my room view was a tad disappointing. See phot o

We enjoyed our stay at Hampton by Hilton London City very much. The location was super convenient for us - close to the Aldgate East tube station. The staff were super friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and it was always quiet even when the hotel was busy. The buffet breakfast was well appreciated as well. No complaints :) We’d happily stay here again. Thanks to the lovely staff!
