The hotel is about 20 minutes walk from Euston Station and 5 minutes to the British Museum. The toiletries are good quality. The concierge was friendly. There is no mini bar or room service but there are coffee making facilities and a fridge. The hotel lets you check in online and choose your room. Unfortunately I was not given the room a chose which was a 6th floor street facing room. Instead I was given a inward facing 3rd floor room. I did ask why I wasn't given the room and the response was I was upgraded. I cannot believe the room was upgraded. It was extremely small and it was really awkward getting in and out of the shower because the toilet was in the way. I even hurt my foot getting into the shower because it was so cramped. There was also no window or working fan in the bathroom to let out steam from the shower, I had the do not disturb light illuminated but was woken at 8.30am by staff letting themselves without even knocking, and without an apology. I think the hotel, despite being in London, is expensive. Particularly the room I was allocated. I won't stay in this hotel again.

I am sorry to hear of the issues you experienced with the lack of minibar in your room. We have had these removed some time ago, however Room Service is still available 24 hours a day. I am also sorry to hear that yuor selected room was not available for you on check-in, occasionally issues such as urgent maintenance work or guests staying on prevent us from allocating guest selected rooms. I will certainly highlight the issue you mention in regard to Housekeeping entering your room inappropriately to our Head Housekeeper to investigate. We appreciate all our guests’ feedback and will endeavour to make any changes that improve our guests’ experiences wherever possible. Loved the location! Loved the room-although I felt it was quite small compared to other radisson rooms i’d had before. However, the upgrade for our anniversary was appreciated :-) Found the pillows too big and bulky and didn’t get on well with them. No archers and anything peach related at the bar either :-(

Pros: staff, location
Cons: revamp the rooms
Location: covent garden,` soho`theatre land all within easy walking distance, plus oxford street 5 minutes away
room was tiny and tv didn't work, shower was impossible to stand in without soaking the floor due to low ceiling,

Good location for shopping and main activities

Pros: Location
Cons: Service needs to be warm and inviting especially in the restaurant
Location: Shopping, restaurants, general site seeing
Overall good experience...the concierge service is excellent throughout stay staff knowledgeable and friendly....the service in the restaurant was not in keeping with the general hotel service as the staff did not entice or encourage alternative suggestions for a dining experience. They seemed very cold and unfriendly. The room's decor required something a little more modern and contemporary as the colour scheme, furniture and designed seemed rather dated.

The staff was very friendly, helpfull and professional. Location and connections were good. Room and especially the bathroom were too small and there were only two quite busy lifts in the entire hotel. Breakfast was good. The street noise was not a problem but sound isolation between rooms was poor.

Sain huoneeni lähes neljä tuntia etuajassa, mikä oli mukava yllätys. Tasokas hotelli, aamiainen oli huippu! Lyhyt kävelymatka Tottenham Court Roadin metroasemalle, sekä mm. Covent Gardeniin ja Oxford Streetille. Mikäli ensi kerralla löytyy yhtä hyvä tarjous, yövyn hotellissa ehdottomasti uudelleen.
