Teppich voller Flecken, fehlender Zimmerservice und Spam-Mails: Mein Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war ein wenig wie ein Albtraum. Der Teppich im Zimmer war voller Flecken und Haare, was einen sehr unhygienischen Eindruck machte. Zimmerservice gab es keinen, und die Handtücher im Zimmer waren sicherlich "sauber" aber hatten flecken. Der Schrank, in dem man frische Handtücher hätte holen können, war permanent leer. Um im Hotel einzuchecken, musste ich meine persönlichen Daten in eine Website eingeben. Nach der Buchung erhielt ich wöchentlich ca. 100 Spam-Mails mit dem Betreff "ACTION NEEDED". Danach habe ich die Firma blockiert, ich konnte trotzdem einchecken - die nervigen Mails waren also scheinbar gar nicht so wichtig. Die Dame, die uns das Zimmer zeigte, kannte einfach meinen Code, weil sie ihn beim Check-In gesehen hatte. Das ist ein absolutes No-Go in Sachen Datenschutz! Das Zimmer selbst war extrem klein und fensterlos - für Klaustrophobiker ein absoluter Albtraum. Der Teppich war so dreckig, dass wir uns nur mit Pantoffeln darauf bewegen konnten. Der günstige Preis ist keine Entschuldigung für die unzumutbaren Zustände in diesem Hotel. Der Lift geht seit über einen Monat nicht, wie kann das sein? Ich kann dieses Hotel absolut nicht weiterempfehlen und rate jedem davon ab, dort zu buchen!
