Property is well maintained and housekeeping staff is topclass. Hotel is located about 15 minutes from Santiago Bernabeau stadium and in close proximity to shopping malls. Most of the staff were friendly. Only a few were not. I wish the breakfast menu could have some variety. The same thing was served for the 5 days I stayed there. Huge shout out to Gemma in the restaurant - exemplary hospitality service. She deserves a gold start. I hope I got her name right. Ivan at the front desk was also amazing with his customer service skills. Very good hotel all in all.

Solid nice boutique hotel with decent amenities. Front desk staff however was not very helpful whatsoever when asked questions etc. about points of interest and other common visitor questions. Concierge seemed to be always missing in action as well. Breakfast restaurant staff was excellent and very attentive.
