I really appreciated on a two night stay the hotel picked you up and returned you to airport had breakfast included and the fact I could stay two nights and still get to sight see Madrid with the convenient Metro stop just two blocks away —-no need for taxi at all and I didn’t miss anything I wanted to see —-and with the spacious room I would definitely stay here again

Es un hotel básico para pasar la noche si se desea conectar con el aeropuerto. El staff en general es rudo y poco amable, hasta las mucamas. La excepción es el personal que cubre el turno nocturno y un joven en la recepción, fueron los únicos que se mostraron amables y colaboradores. El desayuno es adecuado, con opciones. La cama y especialmente las almohadas no son tan cómodas.

This hotel has a very upmarket feel to it. The dining area is 5 star, the pool facilities are 1st class. The staff are professional, friendly and accommodating.

Very nice hotel. Only downside was we were unable to call property to get free shuttle from airport and had to pay $33 to take a taxi. Prearrange shuttle. Other than that, the hotel was perfect for our needs. Staff was very friendly.
