"It was a terrible stay ever we had! Although it was in a bad weather, but being a good hotel they should have enough power supply in that kind of situation. We got stocked in the elevator for 15-20 mins long not to mention I do have anxiety on close doors like that! They should be more approachable and ready for incentive to offer the customer and they poor on that too.
It was traumatizing. "
