This hotel was excellent—clean, comfortable, great staff. Very close to Universal, about a $6 Lyft ride if you don't want to pay $32 for parking. The hotel also offers a shuttle. I would stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Tucked away from tourist traffic. It's riggt next to the hwy, but the rooms are quiet. Close to Universal. Day porter and breakfast staff are top notch. Will definately book this hotel again.

I stayed at this property for a couple of days with a friend while visiting the Universal Studios parks. The location was convenient, and getting to and from the parks by Uber was quick and easy. We signed up for the meal plan and had breakfast every morning, which turned out to be one of the highlights of our stay. The kitchen staff was wonderful—especially Mayru, who made our experience truly memorable. She greeted us warmly each morning, remembered us, and went out of her way to engage in kind conversation. She was attentive not only to us but also to her colleagues and other guests, which really stood out and made us feel welcome. Unfortunately, our last day ended on a sour note. We stored our luggage with the front desk after checkout since our flight was later in the evening. When I misplaced the claim ticket, I explained the situation to Missy at the front desk. Instead of helping me resolve the issue, she began raising her voice at me in the lobby, which was embarrassing and uncomfortable in front of my friend and other guests. I offered to describe my bag and asked if I could accompany her to the storage room, which eventually resolved the issue, but only after I gave her a tip did her demeanor change. The interaction left a negative impression on both my friend and I. Overall, the hotel itself was clean and comfortable. However, because of the disappointing experience with the front desk, we likely won’t be returning and will opt for other hotels in the area.
