The two-level abode is 1.6 miles to Nauset Beach and 2.5 miles to Orleans’ walkable downtown area, which has an abundance of dining options, unique shops and art galleries. The home is also part of the Ocean Harbor Association, allowing guests deeded access to Mill Pond—great for kayaking and bird watching—and use of the association’s tennis court, which are both only a ¼ mile away.

The home’s main entrance is through the garage, which leads directly into the open kitchen and dining area with seating for nine. The expansive deck, accessed via the dining room as well as the master suite, faces the backyard’s verdant, natural landscape, where you can often observe birds and other wildlife. Serene and secluded, the backyard deck area, with outdoor dining set and grill, makes the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the natural setting, while spending time with friends or family. Beneath the deck, you’ll find a spacious outdoor shower as well as an entrance to the basement, which has a pool table, small seating area and the washer/dryer.

On the first floor, there are two full bathrooms and three bedrooms — one with a queen bed; one with two twin beds plus a twin trundle; and the master bedroom with a king bed, en suite bathroom and private deck entryway. The second floor has one additional bedroom with a set of twin beds and a small entertainment area with a couch and smart TV.
