The pool and water park were great but check in was frustrating. They have an iPad to check in on that doesn’t work and the link sent to me also didn’t work. After waiting at the front desk, we got checked in, but when we went down to the room it hadn’t been cleaned yet. At checkout it wasn’t speedy either. No snacks or suggestions or where to go except pricey breakfast. I can’t believe they charged for popcorn too during a projected movie. The beds were SO uncomfortable and my son slammed his head on the sharp corner of the bedside table during the night too. This was not worth the price or the $30 “destination fee”

My kids absolutely loved the pool area and the water slide. The rooms were cleaned well and everything felt safe. My kids also lived the way that you have soap on the wall in the bathroom instead of the little bottles that are sometimes hard to open. Thanks for the for visit.

The boys enjoyed the spash pool and the regular pool. The area has great restaurants parking was free at the hotel vut the reat of the town was $$$
