The property was nice. The people were nice. It was an older building with one elevator that worked fine. The rooms were a little small I thought but nice nonetheless.

A great stay

The room was newly renovated and in great shape. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is awesome to explore downtown Plymouth. Parts of the facility are tired because of the age of the property, but you can tell improvements are being made constantly. A great stay overall! Note: if you use the pool, they only have the slide open when a lifeguard is on duty. The lifeguards are high school students who are only available in the late afternoons and evenings (during school season).

This property has the best location walking distance from all the Plymouth sites. Beautiful old brick building they are constantly improving. The pool is fantastic with a water slide. Great for entering kids. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. We love staying here.

Could not change the TV channel. I called the front desk to send someone up but they never showed up. Coffee maker did not work. Bring your own pool towel. Their pool towels are very small.

The parent in me would say... The pool was a bit cloudy, and the decor in the pool area could use a good cleaning. The pre-teen kids loved it, as well as the arcade! The room was clean—excellent location to Plymouth shops and restaurants.

Very close to the sites of Plymouth- walking distance. Room was clean and the bed comfortable. We didn’t utilize, but the waterpark/pool area looked like great fun for kids.

Hotel was fair. Not the best but not the worst. Could stay again but not rushing back. Could have been cleaner overall. Especially common areas and pool and hottub water. There was a sauna in pool area, that was great. One slide which was good. Lacked enough supplies. Our room had no remote and they had to give us one from room next door. Sheets were stained which was weird. We also couldn’t get extra towels or pillows because there weren’t any. We ended up getting one pillow and had to go down to front desk to get them to give us towels. Staff was nice. Location was good. Able to walk to everything.

The window in the room was not able to be locked and there was a roof outside that could allow access to the window. The room also has a strong odor that I could not identify. The best part was that it was conveniently located to the venue we were attending and the bed was comfortable.
