THIS hotel was full on hospitality service mind and I was very impressed their effort and sincerelity. "

"Stayed at 3 different hotels during my trip and this one was my favorite. Nice location with just a 2-mins walk from Kyoto station. 711 is connected to the lobby. Spacious and clean room. Comfortable PJs. Nice shower with very hot water and good water pressure. Fast wifi and tons of info on the TV and the website. The only area that could be improved is the laundry room. There was no trash can, and I found some leftover trash in the washer from the previous user. The dryer also wasn’t very effective as our clothes were still wet afterward, so we had to hang them to dry in our room after. There was one light in our room that couldn't be turned off so we had to sleep with that light on every night. "

"The room was spacious and clean. The bathtub was amazing. The view was beautiful. The breakfast was okay, but not a lot of selection for the price. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the hotel amenities and location was great!"
