While this hotel had good ratings it is quite obvious this property is geared towards its casino guests and not hotel guests. Firstly, there aren’t any bellmen to assist with luggage- the hotel entrance forces you to enter through the casino. Secondly there is no distinction in parking for hotel and casino guests which means you’re competing for parking nightly. The parking garage is sketchy and my family and I encountered vagrants with no security in sight. The most deal breaking part of the stay was there isn’t in-room dining, all the restaurants close early and the air conditioner did not get cool at night because “it’s motion head good!)

Room was ok, I understand that Housekeeping is probably short staffed but long hair was found on the sink in two areas as well as 2 of the towels. I thought the rooms would be a little better sound damper, but could still hear roadside traffic on the 5th floor. Staff was friendly, but did not ask me how my stay was at the end.

Gorgeous place, 5 stars!

My brother and I were traveling to Maine to visit our family . We stayed at this resort on the way up and the way back since it was the half way point on our journey. We both were very impressed by how nice it was . Everything from the cleanliness to the industrial decor . Great vibes !! It was also the cleanest casino I ever visited. I will be staying there always from now on . The staff was very friendly and helpful as well. 5 stars!

I’d stay here again!

The hotel itself was well maintained and interesting. Look for all the Dr Seuss clues while walking around, it’s fun. The rooms are oversized which makes it fun to stay in as well. The beds were very comfortable. The parking garage is sketch but safe enough from break ins. The casino was loud and obnoxious to walk around to get around the hotel, but it’s a casino so you can’t expect much since that is the hotel’s revenue. All in all, considering other hotels in Springfield, I’d stay here again 10 out of 10 times.

No valet parking. It was not clear where to park or how to get into the hotel. There was someone asking for money at the elevator. The room was nice and it was clean. The casino did nothing for me.

Great local getaway. Beautiful rooms, plenty of games to choose from. Movie theater for the teenager. Wished there was dedicated Hotel parking. Refrigerator available for a fee and Please consider putting a microwave available somewhere in the hotel for guests.

I was very impressed by the accommodations for my get-away. Comfortable, clean and quiet. The dining options were good; however, I was perplexed why decaf coffee was not available at the coffee kiosk by the Market Place entrance. Another suggestion is a map showing the layout of the facility and casino floor. Finally, better direction on playing the various slot and table games. It would have made my experience as a first timer a bit more enjoyable. I will be back though.
