casino has no fun interactive games,also they do not pay out all your money. we tried to cash our $60.76 and they won't give you your change. They want you to donate it! Yea right! do they really need to steal our change? It is not a matter of 75 cents it is the matter of deciding what i want to do with MY money. Besides that,the stoilet partitions are falling off the walls,nothing looks well maintained and employees on the floor or at the food court look and avt grumpy like they don't want to be there

We have stayed at the MGM Springfield several times when we’ve been in the area. Although we rarely gamble we enjoy the quality of the hotel, comfort of the rooms and quality of the restaurants and convenience of the location.

The bathroom was forgotten in our first room, so it was dirty and we had no towels. The front desk accommodated us quickly and moved us to a new perfect room. The food is delicious and so inexpensive.

Parking garage was very far away from front door/front desk of hotel—-and didn’t help that there is no official spot to park for checkin, no valet or carts for luggage at hotel front entrance. Thin walls, you can easily hear others, hotel gives you ear plugs on your night stand- I guess they know it’s a problem. had one chair, asked for a second, front desk said they’d put a second chair in the room- came back end of day - NO second chair - frustrating. TV didn’t work right- picture would freeze with no sound- had to keep hitting the remote to refresh. no frig in the room - Hampton inn and Fairfield inn give you a frig for half the room rate I paid at this hotel. You have to drive for many blocks, several right turns - to get to front of hotel from parking garage- no easy way - I asked. I could go on here but what’s the point - going forward, won’t stay here or any other in this chain.

Why is the hotel entrance a secret?

Let's start with there is no valet parking and go down hill from there. Finding the hotel entrance to check in must be a secret because there is no signage at all. I guess everyone likes to park 4 blocks away and schlep their luggage across the entire garage and length of the casino in hopes of finding the check in desk. We left to go out for the day at 9am and put the service light on. Returned at 4pm and the room had not been cleaned. There were 5 housekeeping carts within 20 feet of our door but apparently it was more important to clean vacant rooms than occupied ones. When we went to the front desk to ask for help they were friendly but useless and we waited an hour for them to get the room cleaned. When I asked for some compensation they offered a $50 dining credit. Of course half the restaurants were closed and the ones that were open were not restaurants but self service kiosks. The room was beautiful but totally lacking in function. No drawers. No refrigerator. Pretty lights but not easily accessible switches and no hand held shower so you have to get your head soaked like it or not. The spa was closed indefinitely. We were told to seek compensation from Hotels.com because we didn't book directly with the hotel.
