You have to ask for an itemized receipt to see that the charge was added. The front desk staff was weird. They saw us waiting in line and walked away mysteriously without saying I'll be back or acknowledging that we were there or saying someone will be right with you. Otherwise, I really liked the location. It was really handy to the LA Metro, which made getting around very easy."
