"Room was clean, staff very helpful and let me change my room due to a malfunctioning lock. Air conditioning and bathroom floor heating provided. A stone's throw away from the train station and shopping centre. I would love to stay here again!"

"The breakfast hall was quite chaotic, and we had to wait for a table. As we were a large group, this was somewhat difficult. Two members of our group arrived earlier and were given a table for two. When the rest of us arrived, we were told that we could not be given another table as we had “already been allocated one.”
We then moved to a larger table so that we could all sit together, however a staff member approached us and told us off in a manner that came across as quite rude.
But the concierge and other staff were just brilliant! "
