The staff was very friendly and happy to help answer any question. The rooms are small but perfect if you’re spending most of your time out exploring. Quincy market, little Italy, and TD stadium are extremely walkable which made it even better. The commuter rail is 1-2 minute walk and there’s a market the same distance. We’ll definitely choose this location when we visit again
The extra $35 for the view was definitely worth it

It was a very different experience from checking in at a kiosk, to a very charming compact room with an iPad control of all the amenities, and an excellent buffet breakfast. Would stay again.

The hotel is great for being close to the train station, going to games and not too bad of a walk to other areas of Boston. It’s also right next to a food hall and some coffee shops so that was another awesome part about the location! The hotel rooms (the view and room setup) were amazing! Sometimes at night, there would be a weird smell, the shower could be cleaner and the second shower head would only point towards the wall and could only could by holding it, which wasn’t the most convenient. Other than those things, my stay was good!

My only complaint is they don't have onsite parking. They use spot hero so I suggest downloading that ahead of time. You can park in the TD Garden garage, but it's $75/day. When we visit Boston we will stay there again though.
