My wife and I had a fantastic stay at CitizenM Boston North Station. Our room was spotless and very quiet, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were super friendly and helpful. This is not your typical hotel - it has a techy-European vibe, with a small but adequate minimalistic room and an iPad synched up to the room’s lights, media, blinds, and climate control. The iPad functions all worked smoothly, and it was simple to cast from my iPhone to the room’s tv. One comment on the bed - person #1 can get in and out easily, but person #2 is kind of land locked next to the window. This wasn’t an issue for our stay - but I mention it in case a guest may have difficulty climbing away from the window to get out of bed (e.g. if you have back or knee issues.) Our room came with a small fridge which was handy. There was no coffee maker in the room but the cafe area on the 4th floor had coffee available in the morning for a modest fee. The lobby area also had plenty of space to hang out with a selection of board games available. One last plus for the hotel - its location is awesome. Right at North Station/TD Garden, you have immediate access to the commuter rail, the MBTA green and orange lines, a Star Market, a CVS across the street, and a nice selection of places for food and drink in Hub Hall. We will definitely return for future overnight stays in Boston!
