Room was in good condition, staff did not seem helpful, one person told us they would bring our bags up out of storage, but that did not happen, we were in a room for 5 but only had towels for 4 and coffee for 2. When asked for more coffee we were told we would need to go down to the front desk to get more coffee.

Everything and everyone was great. The breakfast had a wide variety and they kept up with the amount of guests very well. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. The valet service was quick as well.

I have stayed at this property before and it was lovely. However, this time around - we were placed in a room with a sick that didn't drank - a toilet that didn't flush and the whole floor (pool floor) smelled like pot. When I told the front desk about it - she had the worst attitude...and practically dismissed me. Extremely disappointed.

Clean room, nice view of the water, close to the airport and short uber ride from other city attractions. Cozy lobby with big fireplace, lovely Winter decorations around the lobby and music added to cozy, cheerful atmosphere. Breakfast was good and staff friendly, well organized and efficient. Room and bathroom was clean and well maintained. I would stay there again!!!
