Some staff failed to inform patrons of the full parking situation. There was also a test fire alarm during my stay. Patrons and staff were not informed of the test. My floor’s room service ladies called somebody, who then informed them of the alarm being a “test”. A squeaky whistling sound continued to play from my fire alarm for about an hour after. I mean good to know the alarm works, but why do a surprise test at 11am?

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very disappointing, mainly due to the front desk customer service. The staff was condescending in their attitude and not helpful at all. Instead of providing clear and accurate information, they were poorly informed and gave conflicting or incomplete answers, which created unnecessary confusion and frustration during my stay. This lack of courtesy and accountability significantly impacted what could have otherwise been an acceptable stay. Customer service at the front desk sets the tone for the entire hotel experience, and unfortunately, in this case, it fell far below expectations, with all 3 of the staff members

Our concerns began when our Uber driver advised us that the hotel was in a very bad neighborhood and did not recommend going outside. While it advertises a restaurant and lounge it is a small Cuban restaurant who paid no attention to us when we walked. We booked another hotel in a safer neighborhood. While we lost our money, we took comfort in knowing we would be safe

This is a perfect hotel for our needs. My family had surgery at Boston Medical Center (BMC), and this option was a LIFESAVER! I'm so thankful it was an affordable, practical, and convenient option for us. We felt the property to be clean and well-maintained, and having friendly, knowledgeable staff was great!!
