The front desk service was wonderful and the breakfast was good. This is downtown South Boston so lots and lots of noise all the time, sirens in particular. The do supply ear plugs though. If you don’t mind staying in a downtown area, it’s a good place to stay though be aware that parking is $25 and the garage is across the street.

Nice staff. Breakfast was pretty good for continental. Chocolate waffles were a nice addition. The whole thing for the parking garage is confusing with the ticket validation you have to revalidate Every morning of the stay or you’ll have to pay the $40 per day at the garage.

Our room was dirty. Hair in the tub and pee on the floor. We face the street and had sirens blasting all night. There is a community of homeless people camping outside below our window screaming throughout the night. The furniture in the room is old and chipped up. We will not return.

It’s great hotel, Vanaeja in front desk was amazing, she has a great customer service skills, was sending us text messages through our stay in hotel to make sure all is ok. It’s nice hotel, had some issues, neighbourhood around seems is not safe, a lots of homeless people, but hotel has a security guy always, bathroom need to be update, but in overall it’s good for short stay, and complementary breakfast, coffee and tea on lobby and delicious cookies are a plus.

Great if you don’t use the pool

While breakfast was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable we were disappointed that the pool was not heated as advertised. Two other groups came into the pool area while we were there and we were all shocked by the temperature of the water. Not fun for anyone!

Area is noisy at all hours due to the hospital being across the street. Hotel rooms were clean enough but one of the main reasons for staying at this hotel was the pool and unfortunately it was too cold to be usable.

The hotel itself is nice with a convenient location for going to Fenway but after dark the homeless population swarm the area in front of hotel and it is super scary with them actively using and paraphernalia everywhere. It gets cleaned up and they move them on at daylight. I am grateful to not have had my children on this trip.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was quite dirty and old. The comforter on the bed was dirty and just not useable, and the room could not have been louder. I'm a Hilton Honors member and quite disappointed. We won't be staying here again.

BEWARE

This hotel is in right next to a hospital which is unfortunate due to the homeless population that is also in the area. If you venture further than the the front entrance area-beware! There is a plethora of needles that litter the sidewalk. Watched the police come and try to remove the addicts from my window in my room- only for them to return over and over. Not a very safe environment outside of the hotel. Also- upon checking in I told them I had a service dog. She was denied being a service dig due to not having her vest. I attempted to discuss ADA laws with them and they could care less. They charged me 75$ for her to stay one night. I wrote a letter to the facility and never heard anything back. I would not stay here again!
