Very nice hotel, good breakfast, free coffe/tea/cocoa 24 hours a day but it's in a terrible area just because there are so many homeless and addicted people in the area.

The staff here were all very friendly, helpful and professional. The room was always clean, warm and comfortable. Excellent selection of amenities in room, including fridge and microwave. Toiletries and an abundance of fresh fluffy towels and good quality bed sheets. The breakfast was far better than expected. The location is, to be fair, as described, but as keen walkers not an issue. The gym, though small, was never busy. The pool was warm and with good opening hours. The only negative was the fact that at 12 midday you check out and you can no longer access these facilities. With a late flight it would have been nicer to have the last impression of what was an excellent experience being able to enjoy a swim whilst waiting for transport to airport. I would definitely stay again, as the value for money is unbeatable. But maybe hotel should consider an offer to guests the opportunity to pay a small fee to use facilities on day of check out?

The room was extremely clean, the staff was great and the breakfast was really good. The only drawback was the shower. It was extremely difficult to operate and you end up with a waist high hand-held shower head with nowhere to hang it above your head.....very odd. I would definitely return if in Boston.
