This hotel is very small, even the lobby is very jammed. Rooms are laminate floor and bathroom has a small vanity with no room to store toiletries on. The shower in our room was leaking. We had booked two rooms. First family arriving earlier than the second one. When second family arrived at the middle of the night, their room was occupied. They had to ask for a new room. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

The hotel is situated in a nice area with plenty of dining options, shopping and easy access to public transportation. The staff were courteous and there was access to coffee, tea, microwave and snacks on the lobby floor. We had one issue that was not resolved during our 4 night stay, which is a repair for the shower handle which had fallen off on the second day. It would have been nice to have had this fixed as it presented a safety hazard.

I wanted to enjoy this stay much more. The bed I. Our room was very uncomfortable but terrible pillows and scratchy sheets. The ac in our room was sooooo loud like clacking that we had to keep it off but it got warm quick in there. The staff were super friendly and helpful park cost extra but it’s easy and convenient.

The accommodations and especially the service far exceeded my expectations. The friendly young staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful both on the phone and in person. My room was simple, clean, and comfortable. The on-site parking was amazing, and for my needs the location could not have been more convenient. What a pleasant surprise!

We stayed the night when attending The Boston Calling Music Festival. It was the absolute best location for this. It was a short, easy, safe walk to the festival, they had parking (you have to pay) at the hotel and it was a lovely clean hotel. We stopped at a wonderful restaurant after the concert and had some food and drinks before going back to hotel and everything was within blocks. We will always return here when attending anything in Harvard Square.

Great place to stay for Boston Calling. Only a 10 minute walk to the festival and the area is nice and has a ton of restaurants and other places to shop. Hotel is clean and comfortable and the staff was great.
