This is one of the greatest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is incredibly attentive and friendly, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Everything was conveniently located, making it a great choice for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Staff was super friendly. I was waiting to get checked in, and they treated everyone like old friends. Lovely people and so helpful with any questions you may have. This is by far the best hotel experience I’ve ever had. I will continue staying here in the future and of course the view of Fenway Park doesn’t hurt either.

Outstanding customer service. Everyone at the desk from Henri to the others were warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. Our trip was delayed by a day due to the snow storm that ravaged the south. I called the hotel to explain the delay. They checked me in remotely and told me not to worry. When we arrived we were greeted with kindness. We were made to feel like a part of the Commonwealth hotel family which made our overall experience priceless! Greenbook approved.
