Very friendly staff. Would come back. Bathroom and bedroom need towel bars and hooks. There is nowhere to hang wet towel outside of the shower. Not even a hand towel. I find most hotels lack hooks, racks bars, etc.

Quite a few additional costs, but still worth it. BTW, why are there no washcloths when the soap you offer is liquid? We thought it was us, but even after a freshening of the room, we still didn't get washcloths.

I was allowed to check in early which was convenient. I also opted to upgrade for a river view with a balcony for less than $20 more. It worked because I was visiting a friend at ne baptist hospital less than 2 miles away.
