The room was fantastic and loved that staff had already picked some records to play. The bed and shower were amazing. The parking attendant was wonderful - even though there were no spots on site he had great suggestions and even stood in the middle of the street (in the rain) so we could safely turn our car around. The only downer was the front desk staff. They didn't say hello but immediately asked for a credit card for incidentals - the vibe was ugh! Next morning crew was great. So, overall very good experience.

The room was fabulous. Very clean. The only issue I had was communication between the hotel and 3rd party booking. I wanted to cancel a night. Hotels.com said the front desk needed to do that. I asked the front desk and they said Hotels.com had to do it. In the end I had to pay for a night I didn't use.

Cool spot right in the heart of Fenway. We loved the record player in the room and the heated pool was a treat on a cold night. The adjacent restaurant was good, and breakfast was decent.

This is my 4th time staying here. Absolutely love it. The staff is great, parking (off-site is cheaper: big garage 5 minute walk by Fenway you can order a spot ahead on park-whiz app). The decor inside is amazing: super eclectic and vibrant. The cold brew on tap in the lobby— nitro— yes, please. The Japanese-fusion restaurant is delicious and reasonable priced. Rooms are comfortable. Love the record collection in the lobby that you can bring to your room, and my kids love the heated pool. This is my favorite hotel: looking up from the pool and seeing Fenway.. the nostalgia.. the vibe.. checks all of the boxes. Great job, Verb.

Great stay at the Verb!

The Verb was in the perfect location as we went for a show at MGM Fenway. The hotel is trendy and fun. I love that the rooms have record players and you can take records from the lobby. The outdoor pool looked lovely but we forgot our suits. The sushi restaurant connected to the verb was delicious. Breakfast in the morning was great as well and there was live music during breakfast. Would definitely stay again!

This is likely now my favorite hotel I have ever stayed in. First it is SO unique. It is like visiting the Rock n Roll HOF. It is easy to spend hours just looking at everything on the walls and the floors, items in cases, overall decor, etc. It is literally beside Fenway which was great for us since that's a block from where our son lives and we were taking a Fenway tour. The staff was also extremely friendly. Loved this place!!!

Perfect stay!

The Verb made our stay absolutely perfect! Every detail from check-in to check-out was fabulous! We stayed in a Backstage trailer and it was such a unique experience! The staff go above and beyond making guests feel like rock stars! We will definitely be back!!
