Great location but needs some updates

The location, near Mass General, was amazingly convenient as we were there for a medical procedure. The staff were very helpful and the staff at the restaurant were very personable. The beds were quite old and worn. We could feel the springs on 1/2 of one bed and the other was extremely firm. On the second morning of our stay, the tub drain was extremely slow and the tub filled with water which prevented my niece from showering as standing in water just seems unsanitary. There was also no refrigerator which was inconvenient for a multiple day stay.

Good value

Overall, we had a good stay. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The downtown location is great, close to the subway station. But the rooms were a bit dated. The bathroom door didn't close all the way and the bathtub drain quickly. But, in general, good value for money.

Took us a few mintues to figure out why the tv wouldn't turn on, it was unplugged, beds were hard and uncomfortable, and the tpulet wpuldnt flush properly, the bathroom door would sometimes stick

Unfortunately I stay there for cancer treatment. We lost power and heat around 1-2 am in the morning and it didn’t come back on until around 5 am. For a person with cancer it gets cold. Wish their back up generator went on but it didn’t.

Clean, good amenities, but that noise! Generator I realized it's not for construction maybe, but that noise like helicoptere is shaking windows... no power from 1am until 6.11am. Nice Enough

Overall it was fine, and clean, the service at the front desk and bar were good. I’d stay there if I was visiting Mass General for any reason due to proximity. Also walkable to TD Garden if you are there for Celtics or Bruins game. Rooms are dated but not uncomfortable.
