Really nice staff, great convenient apartment (with every furnishing you could wish for!). Nice size and clean. I only put 4 stars because someone staying in another room kept waking me up going in and out of their room with the door slamming and coughing. There was also a tear in the floor lino sticking up that I stubbed my toe on twice. I've stayed before and really liked it; would stay again.

The apartment was clean, tidy, and modern, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were really friendly and gave great recommendations. It was a great central location, the only downside being the fact that it sits on a main road - take earplugs!

Our 3 night stay in june was fantastic. Damien on reception was so helpful to us and answered any questions we had. The studio was perfect for us so clean changed our towels every day. Only a few minutes walk from city center. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away also tesco express. Bed was so comfortable and very peaceful location at night. Thanks so much we will definitely be back . The studio apartment was fabulous, the kitchen was well equipped with hot plates, full oven and microwave. The walk to the station not far and local bus stops out the front. Plenty of stores to buy supplies for self catering. We were warmly welcomed and made to feel right at home. Would book again.

A great facility close to the city centre. Very well equipped and spotlessly clean. I was actually surprised that the room was serviced each day; we weren't expecting that. The local manager was excellent in communicating and facilitating our stay. The bed is a little on the hard side, but a minor niggle. Overall a great place to stay to explore a fabulous city

Great stay again - i have stayed here multiple times and will definitely be booking again. Everyone is friendly, the whole place is spotlessly clean and has all tge facilities to ve self sufficient with well stocked kitchen, wifi even ironing board and fan if needed

Me and my partner stayed at the Pembroke Studios for a 2 night stay in Liverpool as we was going to watch a show on the Saturday night the hotel staff was brilliant they helped me carry my bags upto the 4th floor gave me instructions how to get to places in Liverpool it’s only 0.4 miles to the centre location was good the room was very clean and tidy would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

An amazing Hotel in the centre of Liverpool! Great communication with the staff prior to our arrival. The room was brilliant with all the facilities you need. Would highly recommend. We will definitely book again!
