En general, mi experiencia en el hotel fue positiva; las instalaciones y el servicio en general cumplieron con mis expectativas sin mayores quejas. Sin embargo, hubo un incidente aislado con una recepcionista cuya actitud no fue profesional al responder una consulta. No estoy seguro si esto refleja la cultura del hotel o fue algo puntual, pero decidí comunicarlo respetuosamente al personal para dejar constancia. A pesar de esto, recomendaría el hotel, aunque sugiero mejorar la capacitación en atención al cliente.

The property was in a great location near two malls that make ones in the US look old. Due to the extreme heat during our stay, the A/C wasn’t up to the task so the room was always very hot, but they provided a fan so that helped. The room was small so with three people it was a bit tight. Overall it served its intended purpose. The provided breakfasts were great.

Very clean, excellent customer service but kind of far from downtown, if you plan to use the metro, the station is about 7 minutes walking. If you have a car they have plenty of parking and is a safe area, we explore the city of Alcorcón, we had a nice run at the park and enjoyed some of the local and traditional food and tapas!

If you want to save money, it’s a good place to stay for visiting Madrid. A train (C-5) takes to the city center in 20 mins plus 10 mins walking

It's okay for the money, but advertising said that it had air-conditioning. It does, but they do not turn it on until May. They did give us a fanas if you opened the windows too noisy, car noise all night

You could not ask for better staff at a hotel. The ladies working the front counter were brilliant and deserve a raise. The hotel however is very old and rundown. Signs have faded on the highways so bad, you don’t know if it is a holiday inn. The floor boards are falling apart, bathroom fixtures are broke. I would suggest new ownership or remodel the hotel.
