Business hotel

Me and my partner stayed at the hotel. Facilities were clean however my partner felt it was very much catered for men. She said it had a bachelor pad feel with no dressing table and coffee facilities in the room.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, proche de l’aéroport et du centre de Madrid. Seul point négatif, l’hôtel est très bruyant (en particulier le matin!)

Gut connected und ruhige lage

Das hotel liegt in einem ruhigen gegend,Ausstattung des Zimmers könnte mit einen Wasserkocher und ein klein Bügeleisen vervollständigt werden.

lomareissu

Hotelli oli todella siisti, ilmastointi tehokas ja terassi mukava. Paikka kyllä vaikutti enemmän bisnesmiesten ja muutaman yön yöpymiseen sopivammalta kuin kunnon pitkän ajan lomalaisen paikalta. Uima-altaasta kyllä iso plussa. Keskustaan kulki bussi 53, jonka pysäkki oli ihan vieressä ja busseja kulki usein. Ainoa miinus oli kallis aamupala, eli jos ei tosissaan aamuisin pysty syömään koko rahan edestä niin kannattaa syödä omia eväitä tai käydä jossain muualla syömässä.

Ein Hotel für Businessreisende, das bessere Zeiten gesehen hat...

Das Hotel ist ein moderner Neubau mit einer vier Sterne Wertung, es verdient aber keine 4 Sterne (mehr). Das Comfortel Atrium befindet sich in einem Geschäftsviertel am Stadtrand. Busse in's Stadtzentrum fahren bis 23h, die Fahrt dauert 30 Minuten. Für Touristen ist dies nicht optimal, Geschäftsreisende können von der Nähe zu Niederlassungen zahlreicher Grosskonzerne profitieren. Das Hotel ist wenige Jahre alt, scheint sich aber in finanziellen Schwierigkeiten zu befinden. So ist zum Beispiel die Minibar leer und wird nur auf Anfrage gefüllt, die separat verrechneten Frühstücke sind 15 Euro teuer, die Sanitären Einrichtungen sind bereits in einem schlechten Zustand und gereinigt wird dort, wo hingeguckt wird. Die Bettwäsche ist sauber und das Zimmerpersonal gibt sich Mühe. Fazit: Ein passables Hotel für Businessreisende, nicht aber für Touristen. Auf jeden Fall kein 4 Sterne Hotel.
