The Only and very uncomfortable issue we had was a security guy knocking the door, telling me not asking keep the noise level down, saying the was a complaint. We were all confused because was early evening, we had just checked in, the tv was off, it was only my fiancé and I… we are old enough for someone to come knocking and accusing us of such thing, was I said again disrespectful

Such an amazing hotel that is very clean, and the staff are all very professional and friendly. Only downside of it that it’s not conveniently located and accessible to the Centro. Overall, great stay and hotel.

Wonderful stay.

One of the best hotels I've stayed in without jumping to a 4 seasons. Very high end, bed was fantastic, hotel shuttle is extremely convenient, breakfast is 10/10 definitely worth the money. Beautiful and clean, very well maintained
