Great facilities, impressive pool and restaurants. Large room with kettle, ironing board and fridge. I was very disappointed that my TV did not work. I called reception and they acknowledged there are issues with tvs since the power shutdown and said they will send maintenance. No one came. Very disorienting a hotel like the Marriot.

recently had the opportunity to stay at the Marriott Auditorium Hotel in Madrid, and it was an excellent experience overall. This hotel stands out not only for its impressive scale and modern amenities but also for its thoughtful attention to detail in hospitality. Rooms: The guest rooms are spacious, clean, and well-appointed. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the workspace is ideal for business travelers. High-speed Wi-Fi is reliable, and the soundproofing ensures a restful night, even in a busy hotel. Facilities: One of the hotel’s greatest strengths is its extensive facilities. The fitness center is modern and well-equipped, and the indoor pool is a relaxing place to unwind. The hotel also features multiple dining options, with breakfast offering a rich variety of fresh fruits, pastries, hot items, and local specialties. Conference Center: As a hub for business events, the conference center is exceptional. The auditorium can host large events, and the meeting rooms are versatile and equipped with advanced technology. The staff is very professional in managing corporate needs. Location: Conveniently located near Madrid-Barajas Airport, it’s a great option for business travelers or those with early flights. While not in the city center, the hotel offers shuttle service, and taxis are readily available. Service: From check-in to check-out, the service was courteous and efficient. This is a large hotel located about 10 minutes from Barajas Airport. Unfortunately, it felt overcrowded, the breakfast area was especially chaotic, so we decided to head to the airport for breakfast instead. Next time, I will choose a smaller hotel with more personalized service.

If you like an American style and expensive place then this is your stay. We choose it due to its proximenty to the airport and the free bus service to the Madrid airport. On both of those counts it fit the bill. The room was just like checking into the Marriott in NYC. The food is expensive and not very good. They serve cocktails that cost 19euros. It could be a much better experience. But this hotel is a hot spot for conventions and that is the market they serve. They have 869 rooms and you can literally get lost trying to find the ice machine. Not sure there is a better option if you need a ride to the airport. For that they get 5 stars.
