Avoid this place

The room was okay BUT the Tv didn't work asked 3 times for it be fixed. Toilet didn't work correctly,telephone was broken Said yep it doesn't work. The shower had mold the grout, shower had zero water pressure. No robes in the room. You get what you pay for... Oh the manager was suppose to contact me about these issues and never did.

The room did not get cleaned properly we had no garbage can in the room had no place to throw the garbage the cleaning ppl only fixed the bed and gave new towers the bathroom shower had stains and the sink as if it has not been clean in decades

Love the location of the property. However, our bathroom wasn't that clean. There was a wet wad of tissue was stuck on the wall of the shower. So gross.

Tale of two stays.. Stayed in oceanfront 318 for two nights and room was wonderful. A little dated but still nice. Went to key west for one night and came back to Beacon for one more night in room 410. Its was horrible... mold all over the bathroom, crappy desk, just plain dirty. It was one night so we slept and got the hell out of there. YUCK

Excellent location and staff were friendly. They gave us 3pm late checkout for $175. Resort fee seems high, but we took advantage of the beach towels and chairs that they offer. Very short walk to the beach. Excellent ocean king suite room was worth it
