Just need a convenient place to sleep during Art week. Two shout blocks fro convention center exhibitions and nice Wal. To beach art agents and Miami Beach galleries and restaurants. Beach access like all other hotels in area, but didn’t use. Small office space in lobby convenient if you are traveling with work. Limited contact with staff (since everything was satisfactory) but always warm greeting on return to hotel. In room kitchenette if you like to have snacks in room, but too many good dining options for this to be a favor for me. Have stayed in several Miami and Miami Beach properties as various price points in a half dozen recent trips, and this is a good value.

Room was decent, but the beds were awful. They are very stiff and they sound like an air mattress every time you move. There was also a lot of light coming in from the street, it would have been great to have blackout curtains on the window. The front desk staff was very nice, they stored our luggage while we walked to the beach, and were very courteous. The murals in the stairwells were beautiful and a fun touch.
