We booked a 3 bedroom 2 bath suite. It was fine, but very basic. There weren’t enough seats for all 6 of us to sit and have drinks or eat together. The walls are paper thin. There are no lights in some of the bedrooms (very odd!). Towels were clean, but very old. The room seemed hollow and even our own voices were loud. It was a strange set up, but I guess we got what we paid for.

Overall a great location only a few blocks from the beach. The rooms are bright and clean and they have options for bigger groups. Our only issue was the parking is a couple of blocks away, although they did offer in and out.

Staff was friendly. Loved the spaces. Small boutique hotel. Only downsides were beds were a little loud and squeaky and the parking (no street parking, offsite parking garages were a little suspicious)

No parking at property; and pick up and drop off very limited a 3 spots. Hotel has one ice machine on first floor, but no ice buckets and only one very slow elevator. No pool or spa. Low flow toilets take a couple flushes. This is an older building that was renovated, nice rain drop showers. Priced accordingly and very conveniently located adjacent to Miami Convention Center for easy access especially on the humid Florida days.

This property was clean and well cared for. Our room was very nice. It is within four blocks of the beach, so centrally located for that. It is quite far from restaurants, especially inexpensive restaurants, but we all enjoyed our stay.
