Staff was amazing! The hotel is beautiful, not at all the fault of theirs but outdoor traffic and noise was terrible at 2-5 am that you would waken easily. It was 4th of July weekend though. Other than that, would 100 percent return and are planning to.

Had a lovely experience checking in with Fredrico, friendly fun. Gave us a room upgrade. Bottle of wine. We ate in the restaurant, Serevene, outstanding service and food. This hotel was not expensive but really went beyond our expectations. I think we were lucky with room upgrade though

The staff was was good .The rooms I had needed cupboard space ,there was none .The resort fee is a total rip off. Never use one of its features and it cost $48.35 per day .Charging roughly $50.00 per day for parking ,while the convention center charges $20.00 per day.

Convenient and lovely! The rooftop pool and rooftop bar made the trip so relaxing. The staff were very kind and helpful. Walkable to the beach, and you get chairs and towels- this was an excellent perk. We will be back!

Clean comfortable boutique hotel. Valet and self parking is quite disorganised and can be a bit frustrating. If you arrive via rental car you may have problems figuring out where to offload etc, Roof top facilities are a nice feature. Overall it’s not a bad place to stay but they can improve the ease of parking and first impressions on arriving / offloading to make it a bit more attractive compared to the other options.
