I love Kimpton hotels for being so dog friendly. My pup was as always very welcomed and stayed for FREE that is for me one of the most important things when I travel with him. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back when in Miami.

From start to finish, everything was excellent. The service was truly fantastic—every staff member was friendly, attentive, and happy to help. The rooms were clean, bright, and beautifully maintained, and they were able to fulfill all of my requests without any issues. The amenities were great and added to an already comfortable stay. On top of that, the location is perfect—walking distance to so many restaurants, shops, and places to explore. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Great, boutique hotel in Miami Beach. It’s within walking distance to Lincoln Rd and the beach is about 1 mile away. The rooms were great and the shower was really nice! Very nice and helpful staff, especially the valet team.

There was no typical breakfast offered as it was undergoing a new facelift. Balcony was ok due to the birds flying all around trying to eat food left by other families/ guests in neighboring balconies and there was no view other than the construction across the street. The chairs outside were very dirty and when I sat in one I fell through as it was broken. Between the sirens, loud vehicles and construction it was not very peaceful. Pool was beautiful! Room was clean! There should be room in the refrigerator for guests to put their drinks/ snacks that they buy and not be pushed to buy the stuff in the room. The items were very high priced and should not be pushed on thr guests to buy.

Nice hotel in a quiet area walking distance to the water and groceries. Room was nice and clean and hotel occasionally texted me asking how my stay was going and if I needed anything. Ordered breakfast downstairs once which they made and brought us to the rooftop. Pool was comfortably warm and surrounded by lounge chairs, towels provided and restrooms and water fountains were nearby. Shower by the pool was cold water though. There was also a lot of seating on the rooftop to enjoy the views even if not patronizing the bar. Free shuttle to the beach and nearby locations was a great amenity, but I wish it was available during the week not just weekend. E-bikes were a nice bonus that we utilized as well although wasn’t crazy about having to download another app. Either way you can use them as much as you like (1000 times) up to 2 hrs for free. We ride them all the way to Wynwood and back. Staff was nice and they had wine and coffee at certain hours in the lobby for free. No room service was the only disappointment. Used the gym too although couldn’t figure out the tv there. Aside from the shuttle the hotel offers, the free city provided trolley and regular bus stops nearby I would stay here again.

Was charged for taking something from the mini bar (that I did not take!) I found the amenities fees ridiculous for a small pool that closed so early i couldn't use it. The bed was comfortable, and the room had good sound insulation so I slept peacefully. I wouldn't reccommend this hotel because of the high amenity fee and beware of random charges.

Very clean room, very nice view worth a balcony. Is pricey though, if coming for cruising like we were there is cheaper just as good options with nice views. Good stay though and worth it if you want to splurge a little.
